A short paper on two parallel offerings into the Helpbox client base: the Hyper partnership for your £500k+ turnover clients with a sales function, and the Helpbox Office Assistant - one product, three tiers, with an upsell-modules roadmap layered on top. All shaped around Helpbox's actual won-deal mix from the last 24 months.
Helpbox's active client base today, plus the monthly intake we can productise into. The 24-month win history (6,323 closed deals via Close.io) gives the segment mix underneath. Every product in this paper is anchored to that flow.
Hyper is the outbound platform. Co-sold under the Hyper brand, not white-labelled. Helpbox introduces, Struan delivers, Helpbox earns a recurring share.
A dedicated Hyper tenant per client: hyperpersonalised landing pages, AI-written outbound emails on their own domain, sender warm-up, Posthog-backed attribution and a monthly campaign review by the Struan team. Helpbox introduces, Struan delivers, the client pays.
Close.io's lead form doesn't capture trade or industry. After a six-stage enrichment pipeline - regex on descriptions, Companies House SIC lookups, domain-word matching, live website scrapes, LLM reads, Entity-field fallback - we have a clean trade vertical on 48% of won deals, an "entity known, no trade stated" bucket on 39%, and a truly unknown residue of 14%.
Across the 5,456 real businesses we now have an addressable picture: ~830 construction trades, ~795 landlords, ~340 hospitality clients, ~315 healthcare, ~315 personal services / beauty. The trade mix tells you which tier each segment gravitates to: tradespeople and salons most often need Pro (booking, deposits, reminders, reviews), while multi-operator businesses (dental practices, larger salons, group services) move to Team for routing and analytics.
The Helpbox Office Assistant addresses the whole 5,456-business universe regardless of trade. Every Ltd or Sole Trader paying for Helpbox is a candidate at one of the three tiers; the Hyper partnership picks up the £500k+ slice on top.
The 867 personal SA leads are excluded from both tracks - they aren't businesses, they're individuals filing Self-Assessment.
Method: 6-stage pipeline - (1) strict regex on lead description, (2) word-boundary domain-name matching, (3) Companies House SIC code lookup, (4) live homepage scrape of 698 company domains with content classification, (5) LLM read via 10 parallel sub-agents of 1,850 leads with substantive description text, (6) Entity-field fallback. Apollo search was thin on UK micros.
Everything Helpbox sells outside Hyper is one product at three price points. Lite gets the phone answered. Pro runs the whole front-of-house: booking, reminders, deposits, memory, daily brief, reviews. Team adds multi-line routing and performance reporting for businesses with more than one operator. 50/50 split with Helpbox throughout.
What it replaces: answering service (~£100/mo), Calendly / Acuity booking (~£15/mo), lite CRM (~£20/mo), review request tool (~£15/mo), no-show deposit tooling (~£20/mo), and half a day of admin a week. The Lite tier covers the phone alone for less than half a dedicated answering service; Pro covers the whole front-of-house for less than any one bookings + CRM stack on the market.
Functionality we could layer on top of the three tiers. Drag any of these into Lite, Pro or Team to include in the spec, or leave them here as future-build candidates. Click "+ Add module" to propose your own.
Base case on the 3-tier product line. Helpbox Office Assistant at £49 (Lite) / £99 (Pro) / £179 (Team) per month, 50/50 split throughout. Pro tier carries most of the volume by design - Lite is the cheap entry, Team is the upsell. Helpbox commission only, no accountancy uplift assumed. Helpbox's +120 onboards / mo intake (86% businesses = +103 / mo addressable) is now compounded into the base.
Monthly run-rate at end of each year. 50/50 split across all three Office Assistant tiers, 10% commission on Hyper. Office Assistant base starts at 4,831 unique business clients in Close (5,698 unique won-deal leads minus 867 personal SA) and grows by +103 / mo (Helpbox's 120 onboards/mo at 86% business). Office Assistant attach 10% Y1 -> 22% Y2 -> 32% Y3 of the year-end base. Hyper sign-ups based on Alex's stated 25-30 Hyper-qualified leads / mo at 20% close rate (warm-intro accountant referral): cumulative 36 / 108 / 180 tenants by end of each year.

Base case assumes 32% by Y3. At 45% (3,843 Office Assistant clients) plus the 180-tenant Hyper line, total Helpbox commission runs ~£232k / mo - over £2.79m annualised.
Base case has 25% on Team by Y3. As Helpbox builds case studies, that climbs - every 5% shift from Pro to Team at Y3 volumes adds ~£5.5k / mo.
Single product, three tiers. Lite first to anchor the £49 entry, Pro tier layered in straight after, Team added once the installed base passes a few hundred.
New modules land in the Upsell modules / roadmap panel. Drag into a tier if you want to include them in the spec.
